- We deliver Australia-wide. Same-day delivery is available in selected metro areas including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin. Everywhere else receives fast, tracked standard delivery.
- How is my order packaged?
- Every order ships in plain, odour-proof, unbranded packaging. There is nothing on the outside that indicates what is inside or who it is from.
- Do I need ID?
- Yes. You must be 18 or older. Our driver checks valid government-issued photo ID on arrival, and orders are refused to anyone underage or intoxicated.
- Can I deliver somewhere other than home?
- Yes — you can have your order delivered to a home or work address. Please make sure someone 18+ is available to receive it and show ID.
- How much does delivery cost?
- Express same-day (metro): $15.00. Standard delivery: $9.00.
- When will my order arrive?
- Same-day metro orders placed before 2pm typically arrive the same evening. Standard delivery is next-day to 2–3 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept bank transfer, PayID and Bitcoin through a secure, encrypted checkout. We never store full payment details.
- What is your returns policy?
- For health and safety reasons, opened cannabis products cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
