Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia-wide. Same-day delivery is available in selected metro areas including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin. Everywhere else receives fast, tracked standard delivery.

How is my order packaged?

Every order ships in plain, odour-proof, unbranded packaging. There is nothing on the outside that indicates what is inside or who it is from.

Do I need ID?

Yes. You must be 18 or older. Our driver checks valid government-issued photo ID on arrival, and orders are refused to anyone underage or intoxicated.

Can I deliver somewhere other than home?

Yes — you can have your order delivered to a home or work address. Please make sure someone 18+ is available to receive it and show ID.

How much does delivery cost?

Express same-day (metro): $25.00. Standard delivery: $12.00.

When will my order arrive?

Same-day metro orders placed before 2pm typically arrive the same evening. Standard delivery is next-day to 2–3 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, PayID and Bitcoin through a secure, encrypted checkout. We never store full payment details.

What is your returns policy?

For health and safety reasons, opened cannabis products cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Is the packaging smell-proof and discreet?

Yes — every order is packed in a vacuum-sealed, odour-proof mylar bag or airtight container, placed inside a plain, unmarked outer satchel. There is no logo, no brand name and nothing on the outside that hints at the contents. It looks identical to any standard parcel.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an SMS with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. For same-day metro deliveries, live tracking is available from dispatch to your door. For standard deliveries, tracked courier updates are provided.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Our driver will attempt delivery and may leave a card or send you an SMS if you are not home. For same-day orders, re-delivery on the same day may not be possible. Contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange re-delivery at no extra charge, subject to verification.

Do you deliver to apartments or PO boxes?

Yes — we deliver to apartments, unit complexes and business addresses. Please include your unit number and buzzer code at checkout. We do not deliver to PO boxes, as ID verification requires a person to be present on arrival.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes. We do not share, sell or disclose your personal information to any third party other than the carrier needed to complete your delivery. Your order history is encrypted and stored securely. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
